Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

Vacation Package was misrepresented.

When I called to get information on vacation packages offered to me in their nationwide marketing study and promotion notification, I was told to pay a small fee to cover the cruise portion of the vacation offered($598.00). I immediately complied but was not able to take the vacation within the alotted time.

At the expiration I was contacted by Ramada Plaza Resorts and they told me I could extend the expiration for another 18 months if I would charge another $219.00 to my credit card. I complied again and now that I am making plans to use my WONDERFUL vacation, I cannot get any information when I call or I am cuttoff.

I am a retired senior citizen with a very limited income and I need the money back - more than a vacation and the HASSLE!!!!
