Ok everyone just to let you know, my family and i have traveled with this company before. it's not that bad, just don't be fooled. We went in August 2000 when we received in the mail this fabulous invitation for a vacation.
Yes at first when we called back, it was a "you have only one call" B/S. So not the case now. Just to let everyone know, you have more than one call. But anyway, the vacation was fine we had a great time having taken a cruise before. The accomodations were nice, and we got everything we were promised.
On to this year. we got another promo in the mail and called it up. We hada fun time last vacation, why not go again. i called and was told the same old crap but no time share because i was in Calafornia.
We ( my mom & I) didn't have the money at the time, this about 2 months ago. Again we were told that there wa only one phone call. So not true, I told the operator/sales rep that we didn't have the money right now, and maybe next month we'd be in a better position to do it. i was told no.
I called back a month later and got the same sales pitch and then we accepted. there are different hotels in the orlando area that you can choose to stay at. Not just the one they tell you. I am a seasoned traveler with this company. It's not that bad after the upgrades.
But DO NOT feel pressured into the one phone call....we called back after a month and no one there had any record that i had called before. please contact me here on this site if you have any questions...I can help you.

I PURCHASED A VACATION PACKAGE LAST MONTH FROM RAMADA INN.IT IS TO FLORIDA LIKE THE REST OF THE HORROR STORIES.
I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECIEVE A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL GIVING ME IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT MY PACKAGE.MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DEBITED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL.WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE # THEY GAVE ME THE REP SAID THAT THEY DID NOT DO CUS SERVICE FOR THAT COMPANY.
SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER #, IT WAS DISCONECTED.I CALLED BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT I WAS CONCERNED THAT THIS WAS NOT LEGIT BECAUSE OF THE CONVERSATION THAT I HAD WITH THE REP, THE PHONE #S AND THE WHOLE UNPROFESSIONAL VIBE.
I WAS GIVEN THE RESERVATION # AND TOLD THAT MAYBE THEY COULD HELP ME.I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THAT I WAS IN THE COMPUTER BUT THEY COULD NOT SEND ME A PACKAGE.THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER DISCONNECTED CUS SERVICE #, I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY GAVE ME THE # TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT COULD NOT HELP.
THE LAST WOMAN THAT I TALKED TO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD "TYPE ME UP A BOMB RESERVATION LETTER".
NOW I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO FLORIDA BEFORE.I HAVENT THE SLIGHTEST IDEA HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL,WHERE IT IS OR EVERYTHING THAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE.
AFTER READING ALL OF THESE HORROR STORIES IM FEELING VERY UNEASY ABOUT THE WHOLE TRIP.
IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE TELL ME HOW AND IF I CANT DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW I CAN GET A PACKAGE OR SOMETHING THAT I CAN SEE TO MAKE ME THINK THAT THIS IS A LEGIT COMPANY AND A REAL VACATION. AT THIS POINT ID BE HAPPY JUST KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT I PURCHASED.
