I was a victim of the RPR scam over 2 years ago, but have yet to book the trip. After reading all the reports on the Ramada Plaza Resorts, I have decided to try to get my money refunded, since I was told over the phone that I could only book the trip or transfer it to someone else. I was going to go ahead and book the trip, but my husband is wary of a written guarantee we received in the mail It states that after the trip, if we are not fully satisfied, they will issue 100% of our monies paid, except for upgrades. Has anyone else received this kind of offer? Do any of the former employees know if there is some kind of "trick" behind making this sort of offer? Something that would nullify any state complaints or anything of that sort? Any advice anyone can provide will be appreciated. I will be sure to come back here and post updates on our case.
