Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I was unfortunately one of the many who were duped by this company. I put the deposit of $698 on my credit card. I developed health problems and called them for advice. I was told that I could extend my time limit. The health problem was not resolved so I contacted them again, asked if they could refund my deposit.

I have tried to contact them by phone but have had no luck. The number they gave me either is perpetually busy or does not answer
the phone.

Please advise me as I want to at least get a refund, entirely or on the interest i had to pay on the credit charge.
