They promised friendly service with quality amenities at each exceptional property they provide. We chose the Orlando package where they said we would reside at one of their two "Destination Universal" hotels. We were told that we would stay at the "Gold Key" Award-Winning Ramad Plaza Resort. Instead, they had us stay in a cheap, dirty hotel that they described as the beautiful Amerihost Resort. Only one elevator was working while we were there, our rooms could not be rated even "standard". Their restaurant was over-priced and the quality of the food was also over-rated.

Check-in was a joke. The employees were joking with each other, paid little regard to our questions, would go outside for a smoke while we were waiting for our "gifts" and the appointment for our time-share interview. Incidentaly, the interview was all morning instead of the 90 minutes they promised.
