Ramada Plaza Resorts Ripoff - I want my money back
I am in the same spot as most of the people who have written to you regarding Ramada Plaza Resorts. I received a letter offering a vacation in Florida and a Cruise for $698 which I charged to my Master Card. My husband happened to go online to the Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services and saw hundreds of complaints against this company and now we are afraid to give them any more money. We called Ramada and they refused to refund our money but they offered to give us a 100% money back guarantee and upgrade us to the Carnival ship. We don't want an uprade we just want the money back I don't feel comfortable giving them more money hoping that the vacation will be good. If their offer is so good why do they feel the need to offer me an upgrade? Their original offer promised first class accomodations
