Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I purchased 3 Ramada Plaza Resort cruise deal packages for myself, spouse and 4 children. We were placed, or attempted to place, in 3 separate Orlando Hotels. We had 3 rooms on 3 separate floors of the ship. The hot water was turned off as soon as we departed and there was no A/C in 2 of the 3 rooms. I could not put on make up because it was so hot everywhere.

We called this the Cruise from Hell.
