Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I purchased a vacation packege with cruise and many other extas. When I called to schedule my vacation for my 9 year old daughter and I they said I had already gone on my trip. I have over 18 mo. or so given Ramada Plaza Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale around 1200.00. They WILL NOT refund my money. I am disabled and live on Social Security. I need to have help getting them to Refund ALL my money, PLEASE HELP.
