This company does not work well with its customers to set up vacation trips. They refuse to refund your money. They give you the run-around and keep you on hold forever transfering you from one operator to another without getting anything done. I initially signed up for a family trip.. but when that was not possible I called them back up and said that I would be the only person traveling. At first they insisted that I had to pay the balance even though I was the only person traveling. Afterwords they changed thier mind and said they could sign me up as a single traveler but that I would not be able to take the cruise, but only use the hotel accomodations and the other items in the package. I agreed to this since I just wanted to get the trip done. Today I called to set up my vacation for October.


Again...I get the same run around about me having to pay the balance for the family package and they could not give me a straight answer when I advised them that I had already made previous arrangements for just one person. They also push you for extensions by telling you the year is almost up and you haven't used the other items in the package..ie..the 3 day Las Vegas trip and the Puerto Vallarta trip. They pressure you saying these must be completed before the year is out. Obviously this company cares about only one thing and that is money. They don't even seem to care about thier own reputation. I would advise anyone not to do business with this company.
