Ramada Plaza Resorts ripoff pressure sales Ft Lauderdale Florida
Called for information and was verbally abused by supervisor, when asked if could transfer trip to another person. Was told at first yes but then they wanted me to put the total on my credit card . Which I refused to do and they got really upset at that and started cussing me.
