Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I won't give alot of details about my experience with this company. I'll only say after reading the complaints my story is basicly the same. I paid the money for the vacation and aterwards found this website. I tried to cancel my trip (I did not take the trip) was met with rudeness and a refusal to refund my money from the company.

As suggested by many of the complainants I sent a letter to Florida Dept. Of Agriculture Consummer Affairs. The State's Attorrney's Office and my CC company. You can file your complaint with Consumer Affairs and the SA's office online.

I filed my complaint in June and was refunded by the company in July.

Thanks Rip Off Report. If I had not seen this website I probably would have taken the trip and totally ruined my 25th wedding anniversary.
