Ramada Plaza Resorts, RPR Vacations ripoff No refunds after initial payments So don't back out it's all or nothing.. abused & mistreated Ft. Lauderdale Florida
On Wed. 18 Sept. 2002 my wife spoke with Mr. Gerson( EXT. 4241) at RPR in reference to a refund on a trip we were going to be taking. She explained to him that we would not be going and what did we need to do to get our money back. Simple, right? Wrong.
He proceeded to grill her on why she wanted a refund and that it was not possible to get the money back. He repeatedly asked why she wanted to cancel and she told him it was personal in nature. But that wasn't good enough for him. He told her to read the back of her pamphlet and it stated that we must cancel within three days of recieving the package sent in the mail.
He also informed us that there wasn't anything he could do but maybe we could sell the brouchures and tape ( pre-registration package) to someone else. Other than that we would loose our money if we didn't take the trip. So make sure you read the small print and make sure you want to take a cruise because it's either all or nothing.
