Let me start off by saying I was "ripped off" but thanks to this website, I was saved. My mother received this voucher by mail and I called. It sounded too good to be true. Time in Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Puerto Vallarta, Las Vegas, and a wonderful cruise to the Bahamas. What a joke!

The individual I spoke to told me the entire trip, including all of the destinations was "all inclusive". He said the hotel would even pack us a lunch on the days we would go to the theme parks. He also said we would receive vouchers for $50.00 per adult on the cruise to use in the casino.

We would receive a free week of a rental car from Alamo but could upgrade for $25.00/week to a larger car. I had to make a decision right then and couldn't because I hadn't talked to my mom, who would be the other traveler. He then hung up on me.

I was then contacted yesterday by "the manager" and offered the same package for $498.00 per adult. She informed me that the other the trip was not all inclusive, no casino vouchers, no rental car upgrade. It still sounded good. I took the bait and charged the first $498.00.

I got very leary over the next hour and looked on a few websites. The places we would be staying weren't that expensive to begin with. Plus, I couldn't fit 4 people and luggage in a compact car. The food cost would be horrendous for that many days. I called my credit card company and placed a hold. I then called Ramada Plaza customer service and they were completely rude and didn't want to cancel the reservation. It hadn't even been 2 hours!!!!! The manager argued with me and placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. It left a horrible taste in my mouth. That's not the way to keep a customer. He finally cancelled when I informed them that my credit card company had already been notified to not send payment.

I am glad so many people have reported this because I would have had a vacation from He--! Don't give up!!!
