Ramada Plaza Resorts scam, will not stop calling, 7 months of hassels, even tho Im on do not call registry Boca Ratan Florida
Im so mad at them,I may show up there and do violance if this does not stop.Altho,I have never harmed anyone ever,I am concidering a long jail stay for what Im planing.And deeply regret it will be the end of my freedom.But I did theaten them,with no response from them that will indicate that they will stop.I am realy fed up with this and the fact that law enforcement,regardind these type of matters seem to be "toothless",for the consumer.Even the Att.gen,seem to do little.There teeth will undoughtobly be there for me.I pray I dont lose it,but one more call,and Im insane to not be able to do anything else.I have pleaded for them to stop,even notified law enforcement and the att.gen,letting them know Im about to be on the most wanted list,if I cant find releaf.I am begging them once more to help,but with little hope.Pray for me!!!mark

There are laws these days to protect against unwanted calls by solicitors.
This is what you need to do. Next time they call you, ask for the first name of the person. Then tell them that you want to be put on their internal "Do Not Call List". Make a note of the person's name and the time you spoke to them.
If they call again after that, you file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission in Washington DC. Explain to them that they called you after you requested to be put on their Do Not Call List. Give the name of the person and the date/time you spoke. Then they face a hefty fine from the FTC for violating
"Telemarketing Laws".

I've got caller ID. Works great. I just don't answer any call made by ANYONE I don't know.
Works great. I've not had to consider any "violance" since I adopted this plan....
