These jerks called my grandmother in her room in her nursing home and woke her up about 9:00 p.m. She is there due to memory loss and confusion. They talked her into giving them her debit card number and then charged $695 for a cruise she will never be able to take. They told her she had already authorized it and just needed to verify her account number.

The worst part was the way we were treated when we attempted to explain the situation and get her money back. We explained that she was too confused to authorize this, that she has a diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease and that $695 was almost all that she had in her account. They did not care. They would not work with us at all. They said she verified it, (by reading off numbers that they prompted her to read) and refused a refund. Basically they cleared her out of her checking account and did not care.

I can't describe how dumbfounded I am that these people can do this to somebody who was so obviously confused and not even care.
