This trip was a ripoff... I received a voucher worth $1600 and I ended up spending triple the amount for two families of 4 and after all the taxes that the Ramada charges for both Orlando and Ft Lauderdale and an upgrade to the cruise cabin...
They lied, they promised great accomodations and they provided us with dirty hotels rooms which room keys did not work...
The cruise was a disgrace...they gave us b-deck cabins..which smelled like feces and garbage....was only at Nassau for 5hrs...
Lost a total of 2days on timeshare presentations/tour which i was NOT interested in...and had to give them $40 cash deposit for these tours which i would only get back if i attended the timeshare tour....
This was the WORST family vacation ever....................
