Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I just received a call last night offering me a 15 day vacation in orlando/ft.lauderdale. This would cost 698 dollars. I was hesitant at first, then agreed to it. Now today, I have done some research and realized I have been scammed. How or is it possible to get my money back? I called today and they gave me the run around, but eventually he said I would get refunded, however, he never gave me a cancellation number or anything. Im just a poor university student who is having a hard year and wanted a vacation, now im just out 700 bucks and no way to pay for it.
