Subject: My 2003 Christmas Vacation With Ramada Orlando Ft.
LauderdaleVacations

The cruise was horrible, the food was limited and the accommodations were cramped and old. Just pitiful. I had two cabins, both of which I paid an extra $100 to upgrade to outer cabin with a window. I got two
cabins with windows behind the closest and I still couldn't see anything. My fianc and our six children stayed sea sick the whole trip. What little food we did get was terrible. I had to pay for two packages which meant that two adults per package had to travel. Our
kids are ages 14, 12, 10, 9, 5, 5. Which means that two of the kids had to pay the adult fare in order to have enough space in our hotel rooms and cabins. I was so mad I could have spit nails.

I paid $4,000 for this trip plus airfare. I would at least like to get half of my money back. The pool size and jaccuzi were both a joke. No more than 10 people could use them at a time. I'm still trying to figure out where the entertainment was they told us we'd have. The casino was only open for a few hours at night. The kids playroom was never open. The few arcade games they had #4 you had to pay to play. There was no entertainment for the kids, we had six children with us, and there were a lot of kids on that cruise besides ours.

I paid $698 times four because I had to buy two packages because of the size of our family, therefore the 14 and 12 year olds had to pay adult fares. This trip was a very disappointing X-mas present for our family and very disheartening to be my first cruise experience. I think that I should be reimbursed for at least all or half of what I paid for the sorry as excuse for a cruise. Each cabin was to sleep four. The rooms had three beds initially, the fourth was a roll away that was brought in. We had to literally crawl over each other to get into the bathroom that was almost too small to turn around in. This old *ss ship needs to be retired.
