fraudulantly sold this crusie package to us, blatently lying to us about getting our money back if unable to take the cruise.

My Husband and I thought that the cruise would be a great get away for us since we had never been on one and with our last child graduating this year, what a way to celebrate. Needless to say "what sounds to good to be true usually is".

I have systemic lupus and have been in remission for several years until the last month and a half. I asked the salesperson if I became ill would I be able to get a refund, no problem! My Husband was on the other phone and heard the same thing. I called yesterday, 9-16-02 to let them know that we would not be able to go. I talked with several people and got the same reaction. We can't help you, we have to pay the cruise ship, the car rental people, blah, blah, blah. This was never mentioned in the primary conversation.

How can they get away with this? I took notes when we purchased this package. We work very hard for the money we make like everyone else and they should not be able to get away with this.

We were told if we couldn't take the cruise vacation we would just have to take a land vacation their in Florida. I'm allergic to the sun with this disease and any sun makes me have disfiguring rashes, how can you vacation in Florida and not be in the sun? This is such a scam and I hope anyone that reads this can help or please get the word out to stay away from these people!
