Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

After reading the Vacation package, everything has a catch. To receive free Universal Studios tickets, you have to sit through a Timeshare presentation. I didi not know this prior to purchasing the vacation and I am not going on vacation to be bored to death. The discount on airfare is a fraud. After the 9/11 events, I called and requested a refund but I was told I could not get a refund. I want my money back.
