Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts(Orlando/Ft.Lauderdale Vacations)

I am in the same boat as all these other people that are complaining about the Ramada Resort vacation. I was actually going online to see if I could make the reservations for my trip. I already paid $598 dollars on my credit card for that one time phone conversation. I received the tape in the mail and was excited to plan a trip for me and my girlfriend. And then I went online and found so many complaints from people who went on the vacation and said that it was nothing like the tape or what they said! I definitely do not want to go on this trip now and hope that it is better than the many bad reports from people. And now I paid $598 dollars on my credit card and it is a waste which gathering interest!! I know that Ramada will not give me a refund, but I want my money back! Please help me!
