Ramada Resort Vacations rip-off deception Fort lauderdale Florida Nationwide
Ramada resorts offered a vacation for $1,200. It was a 3 day stay in Fortlauderdale, 3-day cruise to the Bahamas, and 2 days in Orlando. I paid an extra $400 to upgrade my rental car and hotel. Meals were supposed to be included.
I got to Florida to find my hotel that was supposed to be on the beach, was off the main road, had accomodations from 1965, and was more like a Motel in a bad horror show. When we approached our cruise ship it was more like the SS Minow. I had to give them my credit card to get on board. The food was exactly the same as a bad high school cafeteria. i forgot to add, When I went to pick up my rental car I had to pay an extra $131, not to be in a Geo metro. I had already previously upgraded and paid this prior to leaving for the trip.
Everything that was part of this vacation was horrible. i could have gone to the ghetto for a better vacation. I worked hard to pay for this vacation, only to have to pay again when i arrived. The Ramada was absolutely no help at all. This vacation is a scam. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. I would recommend that no one do business with Ramada.
