I too was riped off by the Ramada Plaza Resort. After reading all the reports on Rip-off I immediately contacted my bank and asked them to issue a stop payment on my purchased. I was sent the paperwork and within 3 days I filled it out. Paper had to be filled out because the funds were taken out immediately by RPR.

I not only sent out a certified envelope of a 40 page document to RPR but to DSC stated my claim. This envelope included copies of the laws that were broken in FL, original documents sent by RPR (which they tried to return), along with my complaint file to DCS. I contact RPR 4 times and the managers would not speak to me on the phone. I faxed over my file to RPR a few dates later.

Don't give up, keeping calling, fax, send certified mail. Contact your credit card company.

I am please to say that after 2 months I have received my refund and a letter from Gina Johns aplogizing for the inconvience I experienced with my vacation package. Make sure to state your case and don't give up.
