Vacation was a nightmare!!! Truely a week of pure hell! After they take your money they don't care about you anymore. No confirmation NO directions The only assistance so far has been lies. An extremely deceptive company full of false

The only time I ever had to have my room exchanged was with a Ramada pkg. deal, and it happened every location! I'm not speaking of little reasons, i'm speaking floods! Cruise line room, and hotel rooms in 2 differant Ramadas. Ceilings falling in! Their maint. dept. is deplorable!

Bonus vacations is another one of ther scams. More tricks and lies. What you actually get is false promises. Don't expect to actually use them, with their slow processing by the time you get any info of course nothing is available! Of course you can book a room with them online for full price. Not a fool anymore! In fact I feel it's my duty to make sure everyone I know does not spend 1 night in any Ramada!
