Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

Please email me at in helping me on how to get my money back. My trip has been booked and confirmed for April 2007, but I had just learned that it is a scam, so they are refusing my money back. I am on fixed income and I paid with overdraft money for this trip. I am Deaf myself and would like to ask anyone to help me on getting my money back. I am not good with English vocabulary. I have read all your comments and such on getting money back but I am even more confused on where and how to get my money back. Please help me!! I am at disadvantage as I do not have good English grammer, thus I need a hearing person to help me out. Many thanks.
