Ramona L. Fishel Laura Fishel Mailed inferior quality plants. Purchase price $105.70, Plants did not look at all like the internet catalog. Plants very punny in size. Buyer, ordered (6) giant Hibiscus plants. She followed ALL acclimating plants to new envt. before planting. This was on 10/5/14. She also purchase correct materials for new plants. Buyer phoned Wayside Gardens on 3/25/15 to ask about a refund. Kisha at customer service informed buyer that her company could only order a "company credit for the amount of five plants. Out of six plants ordered, only five appear to be growing into plants. Kisha gave buyer a # to re-order new plants. Buyer is to pay for shipping new plants to Sparks, NV. Buyer has no recourse except to order new plants from Wayside. Sparks, Nevada
Buyer bought 6 six plants from Wayside GArden on 10/13/14. She paid a total of $105.70. The plants were sent and were punny in size. This is very different from what the catalog on the internet advertised. Buyer received plants and allowed them to acclimate to the new environment in Sparks, NV. She also bought materials like Bone meal and peat moss to prepare the soil for planting. The plants were very bad quality from the start. Buyer also bouth burlap to protect plants from the cold during November, December, Jan., February, etc. When buyer spoke to customer service she was told that she could replace plants. However, when buyer wanted a refund---this is NOT allowed. Only a store credit could be allowed for the plants that did Not survice. Buyer is VERY unhappy with this bait and switch tactic that Wayside Garden uses in selling their plants out of So. Carolina. Buyer now can re-order new plants and hopefully, thesse will be better quality and will survive on their own. Buyer also will have to provide the shipping cost of the new plants. Very unhappy situation.
