This firm conducts its business entirely to its own satisfaction - for example it has no complaint line.

It advertises itself well, but appears to be successful only in the sphere of advertising.

Its a long story, and not of itself interesting. A registered disabled child is in danger of loosing the roof over their head, thtough no ones fault but the inability of this company to deliver the service it promises.

Its all a question of administrative incompetance and smug self satisfaction.

Its not that they don't agree with me - its merely that I can't get them on the phone, and they don't reply to calls, and they appear profoundly indifferent to the concept of providing a service.

I would caution against placing ones financial matters with such a company.

I have the resources and knowledge - I hope - to secure a satisfactory outcome in this case. For those without financial knowledge and power, I would advise caution.
