I went to buy my second car here and told them my wife traded in a car that was in my name a couple of weeks ago and worried that would be an issue when applying for a loan. I was told it wasn't going to be a problem. I also had this with another Subaru dealer and got approved no problem. I got a ride from my wife and this dealer was 50 miles away. I was told by Cory in finance what my loan was, interest, and payments. At that point, told my wife to leave and beat the rush hour traffic. A half hour later, I was now told that I can't get approved without proof my old car was paid. My wife sent bill of sale for her car that showed that the car in question was taken as a trade in. The bank refused to take this as actual proof. I told them that this left me stranded 50 miles from home and Cory told me that's not his problem. I was shocked and told him they told me I was approved, so it's their fault. They blamed the bank and I told them I even explained that this might have been an issue when I walked in the door. I ended up taking Uber and a train home, at a cost of 50$. I don't blame them for the bank, but they are at fault for telling me something that wasn't true and not even giving me a ride to a local train station. To top it off, my salesman went outside, passed by me and didn't even look at me or aknowledge what happened. I'm a repeat customer and didn't think I was treated with class and respect.
