Complaint Review: Ramzy Moumneh

Ramzy Moumneh, prisoner number 48564-018,  was convicted and sentenced to five years Federal Prison for targeting low income homeowners located throughout central and South Florida who were about to lose their homes through foreclosure. He was later deported from the United States where he made his way to Costa Rica and now runs TMG Geotechnical and micromanages TMG Manufacturing in Tampa.
