Ran Romano U.S Remodeling Ripoff of money paid to remodel, extortion, unprofessional, threatening Hollywood Florida
Ran Romano introduced himself as a contractor, gave me an estimate to finish a small apartment renovation in an agreed period of time. After the contract was signed he started demolition. Never seen such dirty way and unorganized to work. Ran received deposit as we signed and continued asking for money. When we realized he did too little for what work he actually did it was too late. He threatened us to leave and when we didn't pay anymore until we see more, and when we explained more progress is needed he started behaving aggressive and offensive. As defence he ran to the court to file for small claim court before I'll get a chance to do so first. Ran left our unit in a horrific state, kitchen cabinets he bought from our money were very damaged, work he did in a wrong and unprofessional way needs to be re-done, which will cause us huge monitary damages. We are not wealthy and this has set us back a lot. Ran is as i found working without any contractors license and has no actual builder/contractors experience. He is an illegal immigrant in the USA. If any one got hurt and ripped off by him please contact me. Only huge legal action will stop this bad man from hurting others.
