I bought a sofa, they sent sent me a different color. I refused the order the same day but they did not want to take it back the same day just to charge me a re-stocking fee of $259. There are calls recorded at the moment where we say very clearly that we did not want the sofa. Seems that these guys have been doing this regurlarly. They sent different things to customers just to charge them the re-stocking fee and keep their merchandise. I contacted them right away but nothing happened. Now I lost $259 and they took their sofa back.
