Received a check of $2240 instructing me to cash it in my bank and wire money to Barbara Garcia in Greenup, Illinois in the amount of $915, and to Angela Foster in Libbertyville, Illinois, I have to evaluate two western union stores and the evsluation forms will be emailed after I transfer the money to said persons. I was a bit intrigued and googled Rand survey research group and I found negative reviews and report. This me filing the rip off report too.
