I received a form in the mail that had my Wells Fargo loan info and it stated that it was for a Wells Fargo Loan Assistance program. It also mentioned that there was 17 billion dollars of government funds set aside for assistance. I responded and sent all my information to the Randall Law Group.
I was told that I was a good candidate for a loan modification and for a fee of $3150 they could help me. Regretfully I sent them the money in early December 2012 and though I have sent more info to them as needed they say that it will still be a little while longer. It's been over two months now.
One of the tip-offs that something was wrong is that even after I sent in a timely fashion all of the required documents, I received emails and mailings that said they never received them and this would jeopardize the modification. When I called back they said that the contacts were just computer glitches and everything is OK. It seems that they are trying to make a case against me so that I would be deemed my fault that the modification was rejected and they could keep the cash.
Even though the Better Business Bureau gave then an A+ at this location it is a Mini Storage Facility and when I called the facility they said "Oh yes they have a mailbox there and others have called concerning this". But on there letterhead and on the Internet they say that they are in Suite L-107 at this location.
I came to this site while investigating Randall Group and saw a similar complaint about Phillips/Forest/Farmers Law Group with the complaint against Brent Randall Phillips. Also his name came up under Philips Law Center and there are reports of scams by them. His Linkedin account also associates him with the Randall Law Group.
I have had no contact with Brent and I am not sure if he is involved but the circumstances are uncanny. I hope my modification goes well but everyone should know that if this is the route you want to go, they find a HUD approved agency in you state that you can physically go to and this can be done at no charge.

I will agree that you are being scammed. The person that you guys will speak to get your refund uses a fake name of Robert Newton. His real name is Bobby Gamboa and he always shows off in the office about his fights. You can find him on youtube by typing in Bobby Gamboa. Please beware of this company as they are constantly changing name. I feel bad for the people that I brought into the program as it was my job to bring them in.
Through talking to many of my co-worker. I do want to express that many of us who work for the company do understand the client frustration and wish to improve upon the process, but there are those that just does not care. I will provide you with a more in depth information later,
But the best way to get your money back is to file a complaint against the company to the attorney general. Since most of the time when I bring a file in, the processing department does not work on them and just let it sit around anyways. The company really does not have a record of any work done and is just lying to you. I have quit my position as an agent because I feel that this is not the right thing to do. People applied to get help, but the company and the people in charge are just thieves.
Almost everyone uses fake names in the company.

There are many many more! They will keep on scamming and changing their names. Please everyone beware! they promised me a loan modification approval and instead I got a denial and no phone calls.
Let me tell you how they operate! First they will have a person call you basically asking you for few information based off of a a lead system they have. They will call you constantly and act like they can help you. You then will get a call from various individual calling themselves an underwriter. They will then ask you for an UPFRONT FEE! They will constantly call you and then when you pay because you need help they stop calling you. Please be aware of these scammers!
There different steps that these con artist take! they will get your money and a girl by the name of Veronica Guitereezz will call and tell you who you can call. When you are done speaking with her you will try to contact the people and no one will ever pick up! NO ONE!
I recall myself calling constantly and no one would ever pick up. One day a gentleman by the name of Hennery Tren picked up the phone and assisted me. He ask me what Problems I have and got me to talk to people, but he keep repeating that he is not a processor and can only help to get me to talk to other. I call in many time and i realize that the only reliable person i get is Hennery, so I keep calling and emailing him for answers. It seem like the whole company the only person that pick up the phone is Hennery.
Soon, I call my lender myself and found out nothing has been done with my file and this Law center has been lying to me the whole time. They do nothing and keep lying. I found out there is many processor I name them all here for you. , Betty Betancur, , Nancy Grosso (processing manager with fake name). When you talk to these People they will lie their heart out to you and nothing good will come out! Please be aware!
If you ever ask for a refund they will get you to talk to Nancy Grosso (FAKE NAME) and then a man by Robert Newton also known as Bobby Gamboa (This is his real name). Please beware this man is RUDE AND VERY STUPID. HE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MORTGAGE. This man hang up on me and is very rude over the phone! The only way you will ever get you money back from these scammers is by going through your State Attorney general! I got mine back! go get yours!

I also had a bad experience with Randall Law Group. It was pretty much about the same thing except they had no problem telling me I was declined once they had their money. I was told very rarely is any one declined unless something changes in your life like getting laid off ect... I was also led to believe if they could do nothing for me I would be compensated to up hold their reputation of only having a desire to help! What a joke! Total rip off scam costing me $2995.
