If you enjoy being screwed over by every person you come into cantact with at a new car dealership, go to Randall Noe Dodge in Terrell. If you don't enjoy getting screwed over by the most incompetent group of people on the planet stay away from Randall Noe Dodge in Terrell.

I shopped for a truck on line and with e-mail. I drove by the lot, picked out the truck I wanted, and called the dealership. They quoted a price and I accepted. Asked them to get the truck and paperwork ready and to please call when they had everything in order. I get the phone call, go to the dealership, sit for 1 hour and 53 minutes waiting for a salesman to complete a sale that was already negotiated.

I have purchased 4 other vehicles in the past 24 months and 10 in the past 5 years from other dealers. Always negotiated before I got to the dealership. Simply signed the contract and I was on my way never took more that 20 minutes and was usually finished in less than 10 minutes.

So I finally get the truck, start it up and head down the road go two blocks and the low fuel warning goes off. These idiots didn't have enough sense to put fuel in the truck.

It has now been 5 months and I have called and gone by the delaership every month since the purchase date requesting a copy of the contract. They have said they would send one, said they didn't have one, said they couldn't get me one.

I have been sitting on the phone on hold for the past 32 minutes listening to their stupid recording about how helpful they are waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

These people...from top to bottom...sales force, make ready, accounting, everybody...are the most incompetent group of people I have ever and hope to ever come into contact with.

Just a thought to Randall Noe...training your employees goes a long way. You wouldn't have to sell your vehicles at rock bottom prices if you would invest in a little training of your employees.

I am in the market for another truck at this time and you can rest assured that Randall Noe Dodge is not on the list of dealers contacted.

In closing, these people suck.

I doubt Randall Noe sells anything at "rock bottom prices", just advertises them that way to get people to drive out to Terrell. When you add up what you're going to be paying overall, you will have paid as much as you would have paid at a real car dealership. Basically, you get to deal with incompetance and dont even get so much as a cheap truck for your trouble. Congratulations.
