Complaint Review: Randall Noe Ram Truck Terrell Texas

Absolute horrible experience.

Please take the time to read the reviews as I did not.

Please not more bad than not with many having a common tone.

Wish I would have taken previous reviews seriously.

Despite all of bad reviews I decided to again offer Randall Noe Ram Truck dealer in Terrell, Texas an opportunity to sell me another truck since I have previously purchased two new units there previously with a very positive result.

Since my last visit at Randall Noe a new general manager is in charge and the approach to selling a vehicle has changed dramatically and definitely not for the better.

I had never attempted to purchase via internet sale so decided to utilize this approach hopefully to avoid the many steps of salesman and the back and forth to the front desk to get an approval and wasting half a day at the dealership.

Upon arrival I presented the written quote emailed to me by the manager of internet sales. That is when I was informed that they could not sale that unit as quoted and negotiations then started over. I was there for better than a half of a day and eventfully just walked out I was so insulted. Next day I contacted the new truck sales manager who deffinantly on board with the sales staff so I then advance my complaint to the general manager who was quite rude and also defensive of sale techniques used by the Randall Noe staff.
