A letter was recieved from Randall and Richards that had debt information that had already been settled by my credit card company, over a year ago. My credit card company had sent me a letter removing all charges.

I responded by telephoning the company and explaining that their was no debt, that this charge had already been settled. Jack C. requested that I fax him the documentation of this fact.

A week later, I received a phone call that requested I voluntarily pay this debt or they would proceed with lfurther action. This was from Rita T. I called both Rita T. and Jack C. and left messages. The next day I received a message from J.B. S. that client was ready to file suit. I then called, and left messages for all three.

Later that day, Rita T. called me back, I ask her if she had seen the fax and other information. She stated that all this was in front of her on her desk. I told her that I felt that I was being harassed, and who was in charge of this case, and that I needed names to give to my attorney. She stated that I should go ahead and contact my attorney if I wasn't going to pay. I told her that this case had already been settled by my credit card company, and why the company had already settled. She told me she would call me back in fifteen minutes after she talked to her supervisor.

That was this afternoon. No one has called me back yet. I then thought I would look up this "law" firm on the internet, wondering why a company out of South Carolina would contact an Arizona law firm. That is when I found the letter from Bonnie.
