Complaint Review: Randy A. Sigley / Front Range Mgt. - Rip-off Liar And Con-artist

I and my family are currently going through the same similar scam that others have posted. We however have already filed Harrssment, indecent exposure, and a restraining order against him!

Randy has a way of coming off as a considerate business type and very amicable individual....at first! Then you sign the lease and all hell has broke loose!!!

I hope to get in contact with "Kris" we need your help as well!! I hope to hear from anyone involved with this man! The police have told us of numerous occasions and incidents with this man, not to mention his Several misconducts while a Lawyer in Colorado!

He is affiliated with Teresa Penner, Sandra Wang and his father R.a. Sr.. research also shows apossible scam on city council for a Landscape or Land improvement Loan granted to be used at F.R.Mgt. discretion in 2004! HE IS THE OWNER!!!

I hope any Veterans who read this will check him out as well due to the fact he is trying to get donations and free labor out of veterans based on his alleged "New Veterans Facility for re-education and assistance".

I am an experienced construction worker who has so far put 49.5 hours of hard quality work into this bldg!!! He has been recruiting this rental theme for over a year meanwhile, according to him "getting donations from "higher-ups" at Peterson A.F.B., U.C.C.S., and P.P.C.C.!!!! Can anyone confirm this?

Someone from City Council should look into this as well! I hope they don't ignore the warning!!! Or we need to re-think thier employment!!! This may go deeper than we think!

According to others he has evaded police, not paid his settlements, and perjured himself in court!!! Lets put a stop to this kind of slumlording!!!
