I believe back on 2006 he was actually picked up on an active warrant from the last disappearing act he pulled. I had to pleasure of seeing his looser face in a court room. I guess all the drugs he has been doing over the years have taken a toll. He looks like a drug addict, one with no brains left. Anyway in to get out of jail he had to pay me $7500, which isn't much comapred to what he "really" owes me. Anyway he never showed up for the next court hearing, for the past 2 years he went into hiding and yet again their is an active warrant. He could be in Safford, AZ or right here in the Phoenix area. Mexico, Texas, some place not to far from Arizona. I think the only distant place he would run and hide would be Oregon, he has family there. I know that he relies on his girl friend Mona Schuring to take care of is sorry loser a*s. She has held a job with fedx, over all I seem to think they live on the run. He has not filled taxes in 20+ years and has nothing in his name & does not hold down a job. He will do odd jobs for cash, to pay for his drugs not his kids. If anyone has a clue about this person, please send me a personal email to (((ROR redacted))) and list Randy Chandler in the subject line. He is still on the lose and needs to be picked up by law inforcement. He has a suite waiting for him, A JAIL CELL.

I know it is has been 4 years since I posted. I acutally forgot I posted and just happened to stumble on this website again. This person Randy Alan Chandler was caught back on 2004 and only had to pay 7,500 in back child support to get out of jail. He never showed up to court hearings and has been MIA since then. Yes this man is a creepy person, he is far from being a man. He is drug user and really doesn't have much brain left under his skull. He could be living Texas or anywhere. what kind of work did he do for you? Last I knew he has shaved his head or has short brown hair. Hazel eyes and had a tattoo of a simple black cross on his right order left upper arm. he does speak Spanish pretty well. He also has a chipped front tooth. If anyone has any info or would like more info or even a picutre if you think you know this low life a person. Thanks
