Complaint Review: Randy Aubrey Dodge

This individual (Randy Aubrey) sells vehicles that belong in the junkyard because they are not dependable.He rips people off, especially ripped off my step-grandson, Logan B. The car he sold Logan has a hole in the radiator, the tank of the radiator is busted, that is , three days after he had it.Then the power steering pump is leaking. And then he took it back to the dealer and asked him if they could look at it andthey said that he bought it as is. And if he needsit fixed, that it will have to be on the dealer's terms. The dealer goes to the car auctions where he buys them at junk price, and he sells them at retail price. Logan made payments on them and the dealer said to Logan he could not get his money back or replace the car with another one because he doesnt work with customers in that way. He takes all of the batteries out of the vehicles and then when you buy the vehicle, he gives you a used battery and when they pay cash for their vehicle , he won't pay the taxes on it. So, consequently that is tax fraud.

This matter needs to be seriously investigated.Because this dealer rips off many people and I really hope that others are turning him in for this type of poor business practices and policies. Per my husband, David A T (Sr) ; he has a grandson-in-law (Kevin) who works as a mechanic there . In addition, David's ex-son-in-law , Kory W, has bought 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past and gotten ripped off as well.   The sooner, the better, that this dealer needs to be investigated and his business. And he needs his car dealer license jerked out permanently to where he cannot be in business anymore. It's the very least that he deserves.
