Unless you want an attorney that will never answer your calls, emails, any questions, and will take your money while providing substandard representation, DO NOT hire this attorney!!!!
I hired Randy Bumgarner on in 2009. Upon initial contact, Mr. Bumgarner was quite communicative and friendly, calling after normal business hours to discuss the case and whether or not I wanted to hire him. However, as soon as he got my money...paid in full up-front, communication ceased!!!! I could never get him on the phone and could not get any responses to any questions via email either. It was very frustrating, stressful, a nightmare!!!!
He attended one short hearing. He had to continually be corrected while testimony was provided by his own client. After the hearing, I fired Mr. Bumgarner and he conveniently fabricated a statement that used up the entire up front payment he received from mecharging me for emails that I sent to him!!!! To top it off, he never responded to any of the emails!!!!!
Heed the warning!!!! Randy Bumgarner is not your best option for legal representation; he might be your worstit turned out to be a very bad mistake, as well as a WASTE of money, for me to hire this attorney. I ended up hiring someone else in

First, be advised - if you are active duty or retired military facing divorce and in need of legal assistance, be ABSOLUTELY certain the lawyer you hire specifically advertises his area of practice includes MILITARY DIVORCE. I made the mistake of hiring a lawyer who did not fully understand the Uniform Services Former Spouses' Protection Act (USFPA) nor the latter complications that can occur from a poorly worded divorce decree. As a result, I went through years of torment after retirement by my former spouse harassing me for more money and taking advantage of me in the most vindictive ways humanly possible year after year.
A friend advised me to make an appointment with Randy Bumgarner, and just let him look over the decree. I am so glade I did! On the day of our meeting, he gave me his full attention and was 100 percent professional. He reviewed the divorce decree and assured me that he could resolve all my issues. He did! His fees were far less than I anticipated. Some lawyers might have taken advantage of my situation, but his fees have been perfectly reasonable since he began working with me. I cannot not divulge the details, but suffice it to say he has solved my problems since I placed hime on retainer. I should have sought him out years ago.
If you are facing a military divorce or are experiencing conflicts in the aftermath, make sure your lawyer understands military-related divorce issues. Without question, Randy Bumgarner is the lawyer I would recommend.

After much prayer the Lord led me to Mr. Bumgarner. I had a difficult and heartbreaking case. This man prayed with me. He gave me hope when I had none. He was always very positive and very encouraging. He is a man of great integrity. He was always upfront with me. He never tried to take advantage of me financially. He is an honest man. He always found time to respond to me even though he was very busy.This man has the most caring heart I have ever found in an attorney! My case had a wonderful outcome because this man took my case. If you need an attorney who cares - you need Randy Bumgarner. He is a very competent and experienced attorney. He knows what to do and he fights for you because he does care!

It has been my pleasure to know Mr. Randy Bumgarder for the past two years. Unfortunately, I needed his services for a negative experience with a former spouse. He has been nothing but knowledgable about the law, honest with me about the law and what I could expect during this process. His staff is phenomenal. Sheryl is his assistant and has been my life-line. She took my calls, made sure we had contact with Randy. I am realistic in the fact that this is a small however very busy office and they do not always have ability to take my calls. Still, I consistently received answers to all my questions. When this situation became very concerning and my child's safety became in danger, he moved swiftly and efficiently in our best interest. This case eventually went to trial and he was honest with me as to what to expect, great with making my child comfortable, and realistic with me about the law. He could have gouged me for money, which again I have fortunately had experience with, but he did not. He could have, but he did not. I paid up front and he worked hard for us, stuck by us, and even prayed with me the morning of the trial. To me, that meant more than I can ever tell you. I believe that when I prayed for help in my time of need, I was connected to him for a reason. Additionally, he's a great sense of humour and helped me to feel relaxed when I was incredibly stressed out. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Randy and Sheryl and their abilities.

I'd like to post my entirely POSITIVE experience with Randy Bumgarner. I hired him and he fought hard and entirely won my case. He consulted with me several times on evenings and weekends (AFTER I had hired and paid him in full, as opposed to the complaint above). He took a personal interest in what I was going through, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend hiring Randy Bumgarner, and plan to do so any time I need future legal representation.
