Complaint Review: Randy Forman@Mydishnow.com

I received an mail from this company about a satilite dish offer,it was kind of late when reading it, but I wa definitaly intrested in the offer. So I bought the 2room satilite offer for 49.99.When I responded to the confirmation ,I was advised because I was a dishnet work customer all ready I could not get the deal, the operator said my card would be credited. After a few days I found that my credit card was credited only for half of what was due.

Of course I called to find out why. After speaking to a very rude sales person, I demanded that I talk to an owner or manager. The man I spoke with claimed to be all the above.

Said it was company policy and no exceptions to be made. I explained that I must not have seen the fine printsaying it was non- refundable etc.After several minutes of him yelling and talking over me when I was speaking I finaly said fine you'll hear from my attorney. He hung up on me.

I did go back and find that on the website at that point the box is all ready checked for you. The one thaty says Iagree to terms and conditions etc.

I did apoligize for my mistake and that he should un check that box because I see that it can be very easy for someone to just continue to click. That is exactly what I did. That is a scam, a total misunderstanding and his webmaster needs to clear this on the site.
