They are once again raising the cost of our "rental" to over 20.00. After 20 years we have paid approxiately $3500. for a $350. hot water tank. After 3 days on the telephone 6 calls of 20 plus minutes each they ask me to leave my name and phone number but have yet to be called back. Help! This is a diffinite rip off company. Don do it!
