In February 2012, I contracted with Randy Lewis, owner of Arizona Kitchens and More, to build me a new set of custom bathroom cabinets for my master bathroom remodel. Mr. Lewis came to my home and took measurements for my cabinets and I paid him one-half the cost of the new cabinets at this time. Mr. Lewis built the cabinets and delivered them in April 2012 and I paid him the second half of the cost of the cabinets.

My general contractor installed the cabinets and found Mr. Lewis had mismeasured a cabinet door, consequently, the cabinet door did not fit and needed to be rebuilt. Mr. Lewis had also failed to install a decorative rope facing on the cabinets I paid $150.00 extra to have installed. During the last four monthes, I have called Mr. Lewis multiple times and visited him face to face several times.

On each visit, or telephone call, he offers me an excuse for not get my door finished, such as his mother being ill, his mother dying, my new door burning in a second shop fire, etc. When I visited his shop, I saw no evidence of a fire and saw employees working on other cabinet projects. Mr. Lewis has told me he has not installed the decorative rope because it has been "back ordered" and only recently did the rope ship, however, he will not set an appointment to install the rope on my cabinets and now avoids my telephone calls.

Mr. Lewis's first cabinet production shop burned in a fire. He began operating a new cabinet production shop from his home at 4632 W. Greenway Road in Phoenix. This production shop is now closed and Mr. Lewis has recently opened a show room at 3918 Grand Avenue in Phoenix. This is his second show room location in six monthes. I have found he has changed the name of his business several times.

While Mr. Lewis appears to be a "nice guy" he is not interested in customer service and completing the job. I have also found him to be very unorganized and a liar, he will promise you everything and deliver only part of what he promised. His business also appears to be in financial distress. I would recommend anyone who needs cabinets or wood work done to stay away from Mr. Lewis.
