Complaint Review: Randy Lowell - Gray Creek Building - GC Building - Kelly Graham - Great Northern H&S

We answered an ad in the Michigan Farm Trader magazine for a contractor to build a pole barn/garage. Randy Lowell, Gray Creek Building, accepted an $8000.00 downpayment in June 2004. It is now August 2006 & we don't have our money or a pole barn/garage. During a telephone conversation, Randy laughed at my husband saying that we would never see our money or him again & that there was nothing we could do about it. That remains to be seen!

Since, I have posted in several forums on the internet warning people not to get involved with Randy or Gray Creek Building Enterprises. Due to those forum posts, I have met other Randy Lowell victims from PA, RI, & CT. They lost more money than we did!!

His scams include Gray Creek Building Systems, Gray Creek Building Enterprises, Great Northern H&S, horse pen scams, and horse trainer scams. He also has his wife/girlfriend, Kelly Graham, involved.

The Michigan Attorney General is looking into this case as well as the Connecticut Attorney General.

RANDY LOWELL IS A THIEF & NEEDS TO BE PROSECUTED. Please, if you have been involved with one of his scams, please email me!!
