Hired service to do landscaping, and minor home repair Did not accurately document what I needed done Provided an innacurate estimate for time and materials Refused to show line item costs on estimate Refused to produce receipts for material costs. Purchased additional materials over estimate without my prior authorization Was late, constantly changing appointment times at the last minute. Would not meet to finalize projects Constantly badgered for payment, despite my dissatisfaction with work quality
