Randy Spencer is a scam specialist ! He remained in constant contact with us promising and encouraging words of success in getting our songs recognized and published. Once we agreed to let him handle the marketing of our songs , signed a contract and sent him the first payment of 750.00 there was further contact from him.
He received the first payment of $750.00 in March of 2013 and as of Sept 2013 there has been no return calls , no emails , messages or any type of contact from him.
He talked up his reputation prior to getting our money but would never provide any references.
This guy is a scam specialist ! Do not fall for his clever words !
After this report we are seeking legal action against him . I will not be ripped off by this crook !!
