Complaint Review: Ranger American Security

ex-exployees (or presently working) that were ripped off from Ranger American by keeping their commissions.

Did you have to pay for your gas, cell phone, expenses to sell for them without as much as any type of pay for long periods of time (especially in the beginning)?

Did you feel "trapped" because you wanted to quit but were told if you got terminated or quit you would not get paid for any sales you had produced (they would keep your commissions)?

Was this clause something they did not tell you about until after you were hired? Also, did you experience being forced into being dishonest with customers about the terms of the contract because you were being "bullied" to produce a "quota"?

Were you given a "territory" and expected to go on appointments, knock on doors (too many for you to handle), visit with new home sales people and expected to work 10-14 hour days - 7 days a week?

Did you live under tremendous stress because you were expected to meet the quota they set for you, regardless of whether there was a market for it or not?
