They called us unsolicited in spring of 2009.  We gave them an bad account in the amount of $54,588.  Without our permission they settled for $21,000 in May of 2009.  After no less than 12 phones calls and numerous Emails, the president Kurt Walker claimed he had IRS problems and could only send us $6,000 as a settlement.  This was in August of 2009.

Because we were in a cash flow crunch we figured $6,000 was better than nothing if the IRS was breathing down their necks.  We accepted the deal on the grounds they would ACH transfer the money.  They did not.  Instead sent us a company check dated 9/24/2009.  We received it on 8/31/2009 and deposited that day.  2 days later our bank advise us that Kurt Walker their president had stopped payment.

To date we have been able to collect nothing.  I turned them over to the Texas Attorney General and they have done nothing.  Apparently not enough people are complaining.  I called the Richardson police department and although the detective said they practices are shady and border on criminal it would probably fall under the civil statues.

This company is a bona fide rip off.  I just read on the Internet where they opened an office to help people affected by the BP oil spill.  OMG I can only imagine what is about to happen to unsuspecting folks in LA, MS and TX.  I can only hope that enough people read this and start filing with the Texas AG so they can put a stop to these nefarious acts and pure rip offs.
