RAP4.com Ripoff Faulty Products Bad Customer Service Don't Buy From Them Sold me a paintball gun with wrong barrel that didn't work and then wouldn't cover the shipping to return wrong item Santa Clara California
In Feburary of 2003, I purchased a Real Action Marker from RAP4.com. When I recieved this marker I found out that they had shipped me the wrong caliber barrel. I also noticed that some of the other accesory items I purchased were wrong as well.
I contacted the company about this issue, and was told that I would have to cover the cost of shipping to send back the wrong items. Well as you can imagine after spending over $600 on a paintball gun, I didn't feel as though that was an acceptable solution.
I attempted to resolve this with the company, to no avail. I finally after much aggrivation gave up my quest and eventually sold the gun, which brings up another point.
The paintball markers sold by RAP4.com, and manufactured by Qwan Wei, are not worth the plastic and metal they are made of. I was almost unable to sell the marker, because it would not function reliably.
Keep in mind that this gun was only four months old and had never been fired when I sold it. Additionaly, while inspecting the gun, after reciept of it, one of the magazines broke and was no longer serviceable.
Do yourself a favor, and do not buy from RAP4.COM or any of its dealers.
