Rapid Cable has the worst reception of any company I have used. When you complain about it, they will not adjust your bill in any way. I have tried to call them about outages many times and you can not get through to them, but if you do not pay the bill and they contact you they say it is your fault for not reporting the concern.

when I try to explain to them that I do try but can not get through, they ask me how I can prove this. Well naturally I can't. It is my word against thiers. I am fed up with the lack of reception and having only half of the channels working, but unfortunately they are the only cable provider in my area, due to the fact that I live in the country.
